What We Do
Our work focuses on a few connected areas that help this ecosystem take shape and grow over time:
01 Ecosystem and Enterprise Pathways
We support the design of connected innovation and enterprise pathways that link government, enterprise, civil society, academia, philanthropy, and investment actors.
The goal is to make it easier for for-benefit ventures, community innovators, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs to find the right support, partnerships, and opportunities to grow in a responsible way.

02 Policy and Institutional Enablement
We contribute comparative insight, design support, and partnership coordination to support the exploration of policies and institutional approaches that can help advance a mindful, for-benefit economy.
This may include areas such as legal structures, governance models, accountability frameworks, financing approaches, regulatory systems, and institutional innovations designed to suit the unique context and long-term vision of the Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority rather than replicate models from elsewhere.

03 Convenings and Global Partnerships
A major part of the work is bringing the right people together.
We convene partners from Bhutan and around the world to share ideas, learn from each other, and explore ways of working together in practice.
These partnerships are carefully shaped to complement local expertise and stay aligned with Bhutanese values and priorities.

04 Learning, Pilots, and Knowledge Development
We support pilot projects and learning environments where new ideas can be tried, reflected on, and improved over time. This includes research, shared frameworks, and tools that help track progress in ways that align with Gross National Happiness.
