The Fourth Sector Group Bhutan
Fourth Sector Group Bhutan is a collaboration platform working closely with the Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority and Bhutanese partners to support the growth of a mindful, for-benefit economy.
In Bhutan, our focus is practical. We offer advice, technical support, and spaces for collaboration and learning—helping people build skills, align efforts, and work better together as this ecosystem takes shape.
We’re part of the wider Fourth Sector Group, which brings experience from around the world in building economic systems where businesses don’t just generate profit—they also contribute to people and the planet.

Bhutan’s approach to development brings together wellbeing, culture, environmental care, good governance, and sustainable growth.
The Gelephu Mindfulness City initiative builds on this foundation — a space to explore how these ideas can be applied in practical ways through new approaches to governance, innovation, enterprise, and economic design.
